Willmott Dixon is a privately-owned contracting and interior fit-out group. Delivering brilliant buildings, transforming lives, strengthening communities and enhancing the environment so our world is fit for future generations.

A clear strategy.

Willmott Dixon Construction approached us with a clear objective – the need to improve internal communications as the company grew. Building on Better was designed to meet these objectives by increasing engagement and helping their people understand how their role contributed towards the overall business success.

A lot to consider.

The Building on Better strategy has many different elements to consider. A key consideration for our approach was to ensure that it was all underpinned by consistency and reinforced using different marketing materials.

Delivering the message.

We created a brand identity for Building on Better and a full strategy document. We then applied the brand to employee engagement materials and events, creating a fully integrated approach to their communications.

Positive engagement.

The Building on Better brand gave new life to the strategy, working together to reach employees, promoting positivity and increasing engagement via their internal communications. When surveyed, employees gave the strategy an average feedback score of 4.7 out of 5, a positive level of engagement indeed.
