A sense of place.
To attract students, key workers and young professionals to accommodation across the country, we define spaces to reflect their uses. We create unique pieces of wall art that tell a story to reinforce either a particular locality or strong sense of place; our graphic wall designs have even become part of residents’ Instagram stories.
Adding brand value.
The website highlighted to prospective students exactly what it would be like living in Hampton Square. Beautiful CGIs and engaging content were created to capture the audience. The branding then translated into interiors elevating brand recognition and its associated value to the overall development project.
The sky’s the limit.
The name Skyline inspired us to draw on a classic 1960s elegance and aviation travel style, reflecting the retro travel theme throughout the development with a focus on innovation and student well-being.
The existing graphics were a mismatch of styles so we created graphics that pulled all these elements together. Influenced by the style of Peter Blake, we created several pieces for this student accommodation, including a Helen Sharman wall to position the name of the building and three large pieces of unique art that gave reference to the city’s history.
"RizkMcCayTribe understand the value that their brand work brings to our projects commercially, contributing to maintaining value and supporting sales values. The graphic interiors they have produced for our student accommodation have made a massive difference to the communal spaces in our buildings and have become an instant hit with Instagram. They are always delivering beyond the brief.”European Development Director AIG
